Summerfest 2020 has been cancelled … Fall Fest 2020 to run Sep. 18 – 20

Due to our overriding concern for the safety of our Summerfest customers, volunteers, and parishioners the decision has been made to cancel Summerfest 2020. For this year we will be providing Fall Fest 2020 … an event that captures some of the fun of Summerfest in a health, conscious atmosphere. Fall Fest 2020 will feature our famous Polish Platter dinners on Friday, Sep 18 from 4 – 7 pm. We will also keep the thrill of gaming with our Grand Prize Raffle and Theme Baskets which will be available throughout the weekend from Sep. 18 – 20. A Homemade Baked Goods Sales will run Saturday and Sunday Sept 19 -20. Finally, we’ll give you a chance to clean out your basement and garage by providing a returnable Bottle and Can drive. The event committee worked hard to come up with a responsible way to hold an event like Summerfest while reasonably coming up with a plan to protect the safety of all. Various groups and individuals in the parish were consulted as to their ability to support this type of event at this time of pandemic in our world. In the end we prioritized health over profit and the decision was made to cancel Summerfest for this year.

We will desperately miss the celebration, music, food, and opportunities to socialize with friends and neighbors. Our hope is to bring this event back for you in the summer of 2021.
